Product Overview
The Little Giant Condensate Pumps are designed to collect and remove condensation created when using air conditioning, refrigeration and dehumidification equipment. Additionally, some pumps can be used with oil and gas-fired condensing furnaces and condensing boilers. High efficiency furnaces, boilers and water heaters produce acidic condensate that can corrode plumbing and septic systems. It is required that acidic condensate is neutralized before disposal. The
VCMA-20-NPTC offers a safe and reliable solution in compliance with current plumbing codes. Tank Condensate Pumps are typically used when a gravity drain is not available. Each pump has specific lift heads that work to re-route the condensation up and away from your system. Typically, this type of condensate removal pump sits next to your system, either on the floor or mounted on a wall.
The VCMA-20ULS-PRO Tank Condensate Pump is a vertical centrifugal pump design with a 1/2 gallon capacity collection tank that sits below the motor/pump. The VCMA-20ULS-PRO 554631 runs on 230V electricity and includes a 6', 3-prong plug. The 554631 has a maximum flow capacity of 78 gallons per hour (GPH) at 1' lift and a 19' shut-off. At 5' it can remove 67 GPH, at 10' it will remove 51 GPH and at 15' it will remove 29 GPH. It is has a 140°F maximum fluid temperature. The
VCMA-20ULS-PRO 554630 115V pump removes slightly more gallons per hour as well as a slightly higher lift.
The VCMA-20ULS-PRO is constructed of durable plastic with a 3/8" barbed, 1/4" quick-release, locking discharge adapter with built-in check valve. The pump has three 1-1/8" inlets, two of which each include a removable cap plug. It is relatively compact in size, taking up less than a square foot of floor space, measuring 10.2"l x 4.8"w x 6.5"h. Tubing is not included with this pump.
