Product Overview
The Little Giant Condensate Pumps are designed to collect and remove condensation created when using air conditioning, refrigeration and dehumidification equipment. Additionally, some pumps can be used with oil and gas-fired condensing furnaces and condensing boilers. High efficiency furnaces, boilers and water heaters produce acidic condensate that can corrode plumbing and septic systems. It is required that acidic condensate is neutralized before disposal. The
VCMA-20-NPTC offers a safe and reliable solution in compliance with current plumbing codes. Tank Condensate Pumps are typically used when a gravity drain is not available. Each pump has specific lift heads that work to re-route the condensation up and away from your system. Typically, this type of condensate removal pump sits next to your system, either on the floor or mounted on a wall.
The VCMA-15ULS Tank Condensate Pump is a vertical centrifugal pump design with a 1/2 gallon capacity collection tank that sits below the motor/pump. It runs on 115V electricity and includes a 6', 3-prong plug. The VCMA-15ULS has a maximum flow capacity of 65 gallons per hour (GPH) at 1' lift and a 15' shut-off. At 5' it can remove 50 GPH and 10' will remove 25 GPH. It is has a 140°F maximum fluid temperature.
The 554405 VCMA-15ULS constructed of durable plastic with a removable 3/8" barbed check valve. The pump has three 1-1/8" inlets two of which include a removable cap plug. It is relatively compact in size, taking up less than a square foot of floor space, measuring 11"l x 5"w x 7"h. Tubing is not included with this pump.
