Total Home Supply was founded in 2010 by a group of disgruntled people working for other Internet companies. We were not happy with the direction other companies were going in and wanted to make our own ideas come to life. We strive to be the most knowledgeable company on the internet while still bringing you the best prices possible on thousands of different HVAC items including air conditioner, heaters, water heaters, and more for your home and business. Our goal is to deliver comfort to you. That’s not the only way we set ourselves apart.

Total Home Supply has taken many steps to ensure our eco responsibility. One big way we do this is by allowing many of our team members to work from home, saving gas and time. We also make sure to responsibly source our pallets. All of our pallets are acquired second hand. No need to build new pallets when there are plenty available from people who want to get rid of them.
SIMPLY FREE SHIPPING!
We decided that rather than having a complicated shipping policy, or requiring you to fill in a bunch of information to find a shipping price, we would make it simple. Everything ships free. From a line set to a commercial heater, all of it ships to your door for the price listed on our site, nothing more. Due to the exceptionally high costs, we are only able to offer this service in the Contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any area which would require special arrangements such as a ferry or air freight, please contact us for a shipping rate. (We do not ship outside the USA.)
We provide an estimated time before shipping on every item. This is the time it takes for the item to be prepared and leave the warehouse. Once the order leaves the warehouse, please allow 1-10 business days for delivery depending on your location and the warehouse the item has shipped from. Most small items (less than 100 lbs) ship via UPS or FedEx. Large items ship with LTL common carriers. All deliveries are curbside unless otherwise stated. Liftgate service is included with most residential deliveries based on the weight of the product. If you would like more information or if you require special arrangements for delivery, please contact us.

Total Home Supply headquarters is located in northern New Jersey. We are proud of our NJ roots, and do everything we can to support our local community. We make it a point to connect with and support other small businesses in our area, and encourage our friends, families, and customers to do the same. We even have our very own softball team through our town’s parks and recreation department, and have a blast engaging in good-spirited competition with local shops, companies, and restaurants each summer.

Many of our products ship out within 1-3 business days. Some products do take longer, and we always try to let you know on the item page under “Availability.” Unfortunately, sometimes unexpected things happen, and orders can be delayed. This is rare, but from time to time an item is discontinued or on backorder. We will always notify you right away if something like this happens, and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
