The Oxygen Depletion Sensor will keep you home safe. It's job to is detect a lack of oxygen when operation your vent-free gas fireplace/burner. The sensor will shut off the burner if there is not enough oxygen in the room to operate safely (21% normal to 18.5% or lower). The reduction in oxygen triggers a thermocouple which closes the gas valve.
The pilot tubing is not included. The ODS-0004 is for use with RH Peterson Propane Vent Free Burners including an -12 valve.
