The 11,000 BTU Direct Vent Martin Heater is a unique and stylish way to heat your space. The MDV12P heater comes complete with a built-in thermostat that allows you to easily adjust the room temperature to your comfort level. It offers a low to high dial for up to 11,000 BTUs of heat dispersed into your living or work-space. The MDV12P will heat a space that is approximately 325 sq. ft. Once the set temperature is achieved, it will remain constant. The flame (non-visible on this item) adjusts to the temperature of the room to help prevent overheating, while also remaining a safe and energy saving option, with little to no gas wastage or noise pollution.
The MDV12, 11,000 BTU wall heater is an enclosed heater with no visible flame. As a direct vent heater produces safe, clean energy. It also featuring a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum grille for better heat flow while the back of the unit remains at room temperature. This helps prevent the wall from becoming hot and soiled.
The MDV12P connects to your propane tank and is installed on an outside wall and vents directly out. It is perfect for walls that are 4.5" to 12-5/8" thick. The MDV12P includes a wall installation kit and vent kit to make it easier to heat your space quickly! The installation vent kit includes:
- 1 external / air intake tube with enamel (riveted) hood
- 1 internal tube for outgoing flue gases
- 1 indoor mounting plate
- 1 outdoor mounting plate
- 1 wall thimble
- 1 threaded mounting rod
- 1 adjusting nut
The MDV12P is a liquid propane heater and requires no electricity. It is a perfect solution to help keep you warm in the event of a power failure! It is also available for use with Natural Gas MDV12N.
