A door switch makes using your air curtain easy and efficient. By adding a door switch, your air curtain can turn on and off automatically when your door opens and closes.
Surface-mounted switches are designed for the reed switch and the magnet to be mounted on the surface of the door jamb and the door. The compact footprint minimizes its surface exposure in visible high traffic areas, making them ideal for offices, retail shops, restaurants, and concession door applications. (Control wires can be concealed if the door frame and/or wall can accommodate wire races or conduit.) The plastic, surface-mounted switch does not include a time delay. It can be used for motors up to 1HP. This switch can be used LPV2 heated air curtains. This door switch is part of a door switch kit to be used on LPV2 Heated Air Curtains. The LPV2 Heated Door Switch Kit includes this surface mounted plastic door switch (99-018). A control panel or Solid State Controller with MCP-24V is required.
