Product Overview
The AMRe-FVL EinsteinSmart* Electronically-Commutated Motor (ECM) circulator pump is an all metal, high efficiency circulator for boilers/hydronic closed loop heating systems. It is not for use in open loop potable water systems. It features IRON GUARD to protect against black iron oxide and other contaminants without the use of an additional iron filter. Inside it has a replaceable stainless steel cartridge that can double the life of the pump alleviating the need to purchase a new pump! Installing a circulator pump will boost your system's efficiency while reducing energy costs and maintenance requirements.
It is easy to install and is fully automatic with no speed settings to worry about, no buttons or programming, just plug it in. It includes a built-in check valve - a safety measure to protect your pipes from backflow. It allows the fluid in the pipes to only flow one way. If the flow begins to turn, the valve closes protecting the pipes and your usable water from unwanted contaminants. The AMRe-FVL circulator offers up to 18 GPM flow rate and 20 feet of head.
The following conditions for operating the circulator include:
- Maximum ambient temperature - 104°F (40°C)
- Maximum water / liquid temperature - 230°F (110°C)
- Minimum water / liquid temperature - 36°F (3°C)
- Maximum pressure - 150 psi
The AMRe-FVL is for use with Water Only and Water/ Glycol Mixture (Ethylene, Propylene only) hydronic heating systems. It can be used to replace several brands of circulators including Taco 007, 007E, 0015, 0015E, 1816E, 0018E, Grundfos 15-42, 15-58, Alpha I & II and others with one single model.
*EinsteinSmart does not refer to WiFi compatibility, it refers to the ECM technology that automatically makes adjustments for efficiency and performance.
