This is a 1/4" flare nut. Each line set requires 2 flare nuts - one for each end. Typically, your unit will already have one attached. We have packaged two 1/4" brass S.A.E. flare fittings together.
Brass flare nuts can be used across many industries where soldering is not a possibility. They provide a strong connection and are used with liquid and gas distribution passing through piping including line sets used with mini splits and air conditioner units. These flare nuts are constructed of brass, are assembled with short forged nuts and are safe for use with refrigerants.
This is a set of two 1/4" flare nuts for use with air conditioner or mini split line sets.
Order your flare nuts accordingly. 1/4" flare nuts are required when using THS14164 line set. A 164 foot line set can use up to 12 flare nuts.
