In addition to monitoring the performance of your Watchdog Dehumidifier, the LaCrosse V11-TH is a Professional Weather Station available for you right in your home. It features a clear, easy to read, LCD color display. Together with the time and date, the monitoring system displays indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity levels as well as current weather conditions and record highs and lows for the day. You can monitor and share weather conditions from anywhere. Plus you can receive alerts and push notifications.
The display screen can show indoor temperatures from 34°F - 122°F and indoor humidity levels from 10% - 99%RH. Although additional add-on sensors are available for your Weather Station, the unit can only display data from one sensor. All data can be viewed in the App on your phone. As part of the dynamic color display, the trees displayed change seasonally every three months. The unit will receive weather updates from the National Weather Service. The display icons will update/change based on the current forecast! The Weather Station Display unit can be hung on a wall or can be placed on a flat surface with its kickstand for a freestanding option.
The LaCrosse V11-TH includes the LTV-TH2 Thermo-Hygro Sensor. It is a temperature and humidity sensor which can be placed anywhere either on its ergonomic freestanding base or hung. The sensor is weather resistant. It measures the outdoor temperature in the range of -40°F up to 140°F and the humidity range from 10% - 99%RH. While the display on the sensor will alternate between temperature and humidity. All other sensor data can be displayed on your phone via the App. It is small in size measuring only 1.97"l x 5.73"h. It is 0.75" wide.
The system uses a wired display with optional battery backup. The Thermo-Hygro Sensor is wireless/battery operated with an over 12 month battery life. For use with your Watchdog Dehumidifier, simply place the LV2-TH2 sensor in the space where you want the humidity level monitored. Additional sensors can be added for additional coverage in your home.
If WiFi connectivity is not something you are looking for or need at this time, the LaCrosse V11-TH can also function as a stand-alone weather station. The option to download the LaCrosse App will always be ther for you!
The Seaira X-101 / LaCrosse V11-TH can be used with any Seaira Watchdog Dehumidifier to help monitor the humidity levels in your home.
