King W2410-W 1000/500 Watt Dual Wattage Fan-Driven Wall Heater - 208-240V

The King W Economy Wall Heater is an electric, fan driven heater. It is a great option for adding supplemental heating into rooms where your central heat might just need a little boost. It boasts a fan blade and an open coil heating element behind a slatted front. The upper fan blade draws the air in and the heated air goes through the NiChrome coil element and is discharged through the bottom towards the floor. The W series features the option of two wattages to meet your heating needs. You can use this heater at full 1000 watts or drop it to 500. 

A single- or double-pole thermostat is available with this unit. A thermostat kit is easily added in the field. Simply remove the grill, pop the fan out, install the thermostat and pop it all back together. A knob is included with the thermostat to control your heater and it installs right through the front of the grill for easy access control. The heater is a quick installation as well. It features a 3.5" deep wall can frame that easily fits in a 4" wall and attaches easily to the studs.

Also, this heater includes King Electric's Patented Smart Limit Protection that automatically shuts off the power to the heater and must be manually reset. Additionally, there is a safety limit. If the fan intake is blocked, the heater will automatically trip and the heater will shut off. Once the blockage is cleared and the heater is re-set, it will go back to heating as usual. 

The white grill face is only 5/8" thick giving you a nice thin look on your wall and features rounded corners with a front knockout hole for the thermostat knob. This unit is for use with 240V electricity and offers dual wattage with 500 or 1000 Watts. Dual rated units will draw 13% less amps and 25% less wattage at 208V. Technical Specs refer to the unit when used at 240V. This unit has a 1 year limited warranty.
