Now is the time to think about bringing your unused wood-burning fireplace back to life. Even if you do not have an unused fireplace, Dimplex Electric Fireboxes can be installed just about anywhere! The Revillusion line includes several fireboxes including 30" 36", 36" portrait and 42". Additionally, each size is available with a variety of liner panels to fit your aesthetic. Fireboxes are available with a herringbone brick, weathered concrete, neutral brick or black liner. The 500005134 is a 36" Built-In Electric Firebox with Weathered Concrete Liner.
The Revillusion 36" fully-recessed, built-in firebox can be installed right into a wall or into a pre-existing fireplace. The Revillusion firebox features larger, brighter, more random flames from within the Realogs than other electric fireboxes. The Realogs are life-like hardwood-cast logs and sit tiered on a grate, giving your firebox greater depth. To add to the realistic look, the reflective flame panel, a translucent acrylic panel, helps to show off the dazzling display of flames, making them appear as if they are coming from within the logs. With Dimplex's ThruView Full-Depth Design, you can see right through the flames, straight to the back of the back of the firebox.
A minimum of 2" above the top of the firebox, the Revillusion firebox is virtually a zero clearance design. The firebox itself measures 37-1/8"w x 26-5/8"h x 12-1/8" d with a beautiful clear viewing area. It can be direct wired into 120V, 208V or 240V, 15 amp dedicated circuit and run to a corresponding wall switch (not required). It can also be operated manually from the front panel or with the included multi-function remote. An optional 120V power supply cord is included for plug in use, but can be hardwired. When connected to a 240V supply (hardwired), you can get almost 9,000 BTUs (240V supply) giving you an option of using this fireplace for a powerful supplemental heat source. Plus, like other Dimplex electric fireplaces, the Revillusion will operate with or without the flame.
This firebox includes a weathered concrete liner. The new Revillusion line also includes an enhanced tumbled glass ember bed, as well as mood-maker remote, tempered front glass and 120V plug kit.
On-screen and remote functions:
The Color Enhancement (E) allows you to adjust the flame base color to red or blue with the 360° Light (F) adds mood lighting with your choice of warm hues, a midnight mode as well as a flickering effect to your fireplace
The weathered concrete surround is a full-sided liner panel inside the firebox, adding an additional bit of realism to your electric firebox.
