The Amana AH093J35AA window air conditioner with heat pump and electric heat strip. With 8,700/9,000 cooling BTUs, and 7,200/7,500 BTU heat pump capacity, it features a 12.3 EER and a 9.8 CEER (Combined Energy Efficiency Ratio), your energy savings are just around the corner. The AH093J35AA also includes electric heat to help warm you up in the cooler months. All units in the series have 3.5 kW electric heating with a capacity of 8,900/11,000 BTUs. The AH series uses R32 refrigerant with lower GWP compared to R-410A previously used.
 
A solid bottom on the outer case gives the unit a full seal and allow for through-the-wall installation. Amana cooling units also feature hydrophilic coating on the evaporator and condenser coils for better moisture removal, increased air flow, increased heat exchange, higher efficiency ratings and longer compressor life.  The AH093J35AA features an electronic touch pad and a remote for easy control and side pull-out access to the permanent, washable filter, making cleaning easy. A built-in condensate drain spout helps keep the condensation draining away from the system. In addition to the 3 fan settings, the units also include 3 fan ONLY settings.
