Product Overview
The MagnaCleanse RapidFlush System is a portable flushing system that contractors can take with them from job to job. It is a perfect solution for professionals to be able to deliver the best cleaning system to their customers, ultimately saving everyone time and money in maintenance and energy costs. Every new install you do should include a system flush to clear out any leftover debris from the previous system.
The Rapid Flush Filter comes in its own case for portability as well as being an integral part of the flushing process. Not only does it store the MagnaCleanse RapidFlush Filter, it serves as the base and drip tray for the canisters during the flush process. This system will remove all black iron oxide or magnetite in a single pass. It is up to three times faster than a standard power-flush with better results. This system gives you two collection chambers for the sludge to collect. In each chamber is a powerful magnetic core that attracts all of the magnetite from your entire system.
Also included is the VibraClean Radiator Agitator, an essential part of the the sludge removal process. You simply attach the VibraClean Agitator onto a pulsating drill and press it up against the radiators to loosen the sludge. Once the sludge is loosened, it mixes into the water flow and is directed to the filter. No need to remove heavy, cumbersome radiators anymore, simply attach the agitator and hold it against the bottom of each radiator. The vibrations cause all of the sludge buildup sitting at the bottom of the radiators to become dislodged and flushed with the rest of the system. The included drain valve fits onto the lower inlet hose. The drain valve releases the pressure, making the system flushing that much easier.
Additionally, once you have completed flush with the MagnaCleanse RapidFlush Filter System, simply remove the system and attach a PRO2 or PRO2XP filter. These filters are designed for easy, in-line installation in hydronic heating systems and fit into the same space just used for the MagnaCleanse System. The PRO2 is ideal for installation with 3/4" copper or 1" NPT iron pipes while the PRO2XP is ideal for installation with 1" copper or 1-1/4" black iron pipes. For larger systems and piping, the DualXP is available for systems with 1-1/2" NPT pipework and includes telescopic connectors for horizontal or vertical installations. The addition of a filter will make all future cleaning maintenance done on the system faster and more cost efficient for everyone involved. All ADEY filters allow for easy chemical maintenance with the MC3+ cleaner as well as MC1+ inhibitor (each available as a liquid or aerosol).
For the contractor, you will find the MagnaCleanse RapidFlush Filter is designed for easy, hand-tightened, on/off installation when performing maintenance of hydronic heating systems. It fits into the same space used for the filter! Filter off, MagnaCleanse on, system flush, remove and replace filter! The entire heating system can now be done in a matter of a couple hours instead of an entire day!
