The AJEM12DWH is a heat and cool, through the wall, built-in air conditioner. It offers 12,000 BTUs cooling capacity and 10,600 BTUs electric heat. It features a 24-hour on/off delay timer, for utmost efficiency in proper indoor cooling. This unit features an energy saver feature, which will temporarily shut the air conditioner off when the room reaches a certain temperature, as to not over-cool the room or over-exert the unit.
Built-in, through-the-wall air conditioners are ideal for windowless spaces, or for those who are looking for an indoor cooling that would still allow the option of opening and closing windows at will. It offers a true built in look with only a minimal 5" extension into the room with front. Competitor units require a 7.5 minimum extension into the room with front. The GE Energy Star Rated AJEM12DWH 26" through the wall air conditioner features 12,000 BTU Cooling Capacity and 208/230 Volt electricity. The unit is finished in a clean white color.
The AJEM12DWH is WiFi enabled with a built-in GE SmartHQ communication card built right in. WiFi lets you communicate with your AC unit, allowing you to monitor and control it from your phone!
A full function remote is included with this unit. The AJEM series features 3 fan speeds and 6-way directional air-flow. The electronic controls and auto dimming display offers a smooth touch control panel with large LCD display with centered controls.

A sleeve (RAB26A) is white color-matched for the new 2020 models and features a Quick Snap Design. A sleeve is required for NEW INSTALLATIONS.
The new GE AJCM12DWH "J Series" is a High Mount Cooling Only unit. High mount units include a control panel that is set on the lower portion of the front of the unit, allowing for easy access when the unit is mounted at or above eye level. The AJCM units are high mount units. The AJCM12DWH is a 12,000 BTU unit for use with 208/230 volt electricity.
Dimensions (HxWxD): 14-7/8" X 24-13/16" X 19-29/32". When installed in the sleeve, the finished dimensions of your unit are 15-5/8"h x 26"w x 21-13/16"d.
