With 10,000 BTU, the FHTC103WB1 through the wall air conditioner is ideal for use in medium sized rooms up to 400 - 450 square feet. It has an easy to use electronic touch pad and full function remote, a three speed fan, and a programmable timer. Sleep mode is a great feature that steps up as the evening temperatures dip, keeping you comfortable all night.
The FHTC103WB1 air conditioner is outfitted with many features, including Remote Temperature Control, Clean Filter, and Automatic Restart. The temperature control cools and maintains the preset temperature, the clean filter reduces bacteria, odors, and other airborne particles and the restart retains previous settings and resumes operation when the power comes back. The unit is 115 volt and uses R-32 Refrigerant. While both R410A and R32 are each eco-friendly, research shows R-32 refrigerant is much more efficient vs R410a and has a higher pressure ratio.
