The Sauermann Si-1801US11/T is a 120 volt Centrifugal Condensate Removal Tank Pump. It has a 23 foot shutoff head. The Si-1801 can be used with a variety of appliances including condensing boilers and furnaces, refrigerated display cabinets as well as air conditioning units. The Si-1801 is capable of clearing out 132 gallons per hour (gph) of condensate, up to 150°F. Additionally, it can withstand acidic condensate with pH levels greater than 2.5 (gas condensing boilers). It includes 1/2 gallon tank size and a 6' power cord as well as 20 feet of 3/8" tubing.
Among its key features, the Si-1801 has a built-in high level safety switch and an oil and acid resistant float.
The pump can be installed either on the ground, on a wall or hanging from the ceiling. It is possible to choose the side of the water exit. Reversible pump block. To ensure proper ventilation of the motor, the pump must be free of any obstruction. Be careful not to bend the flexible discharge tubing. A reinforced tube can be used. When the pump is installed with a boiler discharge tubing must be resistant to acidic water (pH<6.5). Internal discharge recommended, to avoid freezing pipes.
The dimensions of the Si-1801 Centrifugal Tank Pump are 11"l x 5-3/16"w x 6-23/32"h. The Si-1801US11/T is a 120 volt but it is also available for 230V (Si-1801US23/T).
