The 104000059 is a freeze protection drain down kit for your Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters. It is for outdoor use in cold regions. When there is a power failure the valves with shut off the cold water and drain your tankless water heater to help protect the heat exchanger. It can be used with HE and HE+ models including V53e, V65e, V75e and V94e and RL75e and RL(X)94e as well as the SE series including RUS65e and RUS75e models.
