The Little Giant Condensate Pumps are designed to collect and remove condensation created when using air conditioning, refrigeration and dehumidification equipment. Additionally, some pumps can be used with oil and gas-fired condensing furnaces and condensing boilers. High efficiency furnaces, boilers and water heaters produce acidic condensate that can corrode plumbing and septic systems. It is required that acidic condensate is neutralized before disposal. The VCMA-20-NPTC offers a safe and reliable solution in compliance with current plumbing codes. Tank Condensate Pumps are typically used when a gravity drain is not available. Each pump has specific lift heads that work to re-route the condensation up and away from your system. Typically, this type of condensate removal pump sits next to your system, either on the floor or mounted on a wall.

The VCMA-20-NPTC Tank Condensate Pump is designed to keep septic and plumbing systems protected against acidic condensate. Not only does it collect water condensate, it includes an integrated acidic condensate collection area with its own dedicated inlet for acidic condensate. The neutralizing media treats the acidic condensate before it gets into the plumbing system. The VCMA-20-NPTC a vertical centrifugal pump design with condensate collection tanks below the motor/pump. The VCMA-20-NPTC runs on 115V electricity and includes a 6' power cord. The 554700 has a maximum flow capacity of 80 gallons per hour (GPH) at 1' lift and a 20' shut-off. At 5' it can remove 70 GPH, and at 10' it will remove 48 GPH. It is has a 140°F maximum fluid temperature.

The VCMA-20-NPTC is constructed of durable plastic with a 3/8" barbed discharge adapter with built-in check valve. The pump has three 1-1/8", non-acidic condensate inlets, two of which each include a removable cap plug. Additionally, it also includes a dedicated neutralizing chamber with a dedicated 1-1/4" inlet. The pump measures 19"l x 5"w x 7"h. Tubing is not included with this pump. Replacement media is available. It is recommended that the neutralizing media be replaced about once a year or when the pH level falls below local regulations.
