The Friedrich Hazardgard series of air conditioners are a great option to cool these locations. It is a 60Hz model and it has a T4 Temperature Rating. Hazardgard units can operate in low ambient conditions as low as 45°F / 7°C without freezing, as well as tolerate outdoor temperatures up to 130°F / 55°C. The surface temperature of the unit will not rise above 275°F (135°C).

The Friedrich HCM20A30A is a 60Hz air conditioner unit for use in large scale rooms with other external considerations taken into account. In applications when using 230/208 volts / 60Hz, the cooling capacity is 20,000 BTU/Hr.
The HCM20A30A comes with DiamondBlue Advanced Corrosion Protection on 100% of the metallic surfaces on the outdoor coil. It protects the outdoor coil against deterioration, helping to extend the life of the unit in coastal and corrosive environments.
