The Sterling GG030A1NSA11 30,000 BTU Gas Fired Tubular Unit Heater is a low-profile garage heater. It is certified for use in non-occupied residential and commercial outbuildings to make any workspace capable of year-round use. Once installed you and your employees will experience a warmer, quieter thermostat controlled work environment. The GG series heaters are an all-in-one unit that can be easily converted from standard combustion to separated combustion. A separated combustion unit is best used in areas where dusty, dirty or mildly corrosive conditions exist or where high humidity or slightly negative pressure prevail. Air Inlet Kits are available separately and they allow for concentric venting through a single wall or roof opening. Standard combustion installation require a vertical or horizontal venting, while separated combustion installations require the Air Inlet Kit for single wall (or roof) penetration. Please refer to the installation manual for separated combustion installation and venting details and requirements.
 
The Sterling GG Series includes many standard features including at least an 82% Thermal Efficiency Rating, an easy too access control panel, a single-stage gas valve with direct spark ignition, high limit switch and air pressure switch. The unit heater comes standard for Natural Gas usage but includes a gas conversion kit to easily convert your unit for Liquid Propane use. The GG Series has a 120/24V Control Transformer making it usable with many standard and 24V thermostats. The 20-gauge cabinet of the GG series has a long-lasting baked enamel finish. The tubular heat exchanger, constructed of heavy duty 20-gauge aluminized steel, carries a 10 year heat exchanger warranty. 
 
At only 13.25" high, the GG030A1NSA11 low-profile, grey colored, gas unit heater has an 18-1/4" wide, louvered discharge area. It is designed for heating workspaces, whether it's a residential or commercial garage, woodworking shop or other industrial area.
 
The QuickSling Flush Mount (QSWI3000) mounting bracket, which includes all the hardware required for flush mount installation, is available separately. The QSWI3000 is suitable to hold up to 200 pounds. Additionally, the GG030A1NSA11 must be vented outside either horizontally or vertically with 4" venting. A venting system is required but is not supplied with the unit and must be purchased separately.
 
The GG030A1NSA11 is a 30,000 BTU heater, certified for residential, commercial and industrial use and can be installed for use up to 2,000 feet above sea level. For installation above 2,000 ft. the unit must be field derated 4% for every 1,000 feet.
 
This unit requires gas, vent and electrical connections. It is strongly recommended that a licensed HVAC technician install your gas heater.

Product Warranty

The “Manufacturer” warrants to the original owner at original installation site that the above model Gas-Fired Heater (“the Product”) will be free from defects in material or workmanship for (1) year from the date of shipment from the factory, or one and one-half (1-1/2) years from the date of manufacture, whichever occurs first. The Manufacturer further warrants that the complete heat exchanger, flue collector and burners be free from defects in material or orkmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of manufacture. If upon examination by the Manufacturer the Product is shown to have a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, that part of the Product which is shown to be defective.
