For added efficiency, the LG LW8022IVSM is a window air conditioner that includes a dual inverter. LG's inverter technology is used in conjunction with a variable speed compressor and adjusts the motor speed to regulate the room temperature and offers energy savings as well. Rather than shutting off and on repeatedly throughout its use, the LW8022IVSM compressor "revs up" and down to regulate the room temperature. It is also equipped with SmartThinQ app to completely control your comfort level no matter where you are as long as you are connected! If you are sitting in the same room, you can use simple voice commands via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa or use the included remote to control your unit. This is a great unit that will efficiently cool a room that is about 340 sq. ft. It is Energy Star rated and offers a 15.5 CEER rating. It has 4 way air direction to keep even the furthest corners cool, while not blowing directly on anyone in the room. The unit itself is white and will blend into any window installation.
The unit is easy to operate with clearly visible LED display and easy to use touch pad for Power, Mode, Timer and Fan Speed. Additionally, it uses simple arrows for raising or lowering the temperature settings. The included full feature remote is also includes easy to use touch pads. The 8,000 BTU unit features 4 cooling speeds (including sleep) and 3 fan speeds.
