Product Overview
The RAKTK8W1 is the required thermostat connector kit when installing a remote wall thermostat to control your GE AZE, AZH, AZV, AVE, AVV, and AJE PTAC units. It is a quick connect 8 pin, 8 wire harness with 8 wire nuts. It is for use with all electric heat and heat pump thermostats for Zoneline PTACs including its compatibility with the Perfect Control Inverter models.
This connection kit is only required if you are installing a remote wall thermostat. The kit has an easy color coded system for labeling the wires, making for an easier installation.
It will also work with older Zoneline PTAC units including AZ45, AZ65, AZ95 and AZ9V models.
The RAKTK8W1 replaces the 7 wire RAKTK8PA1.
