The E6N-30LS hot water heater has a First Hour Rating or First Hour Delivery of 43 gallons. Basically, the First Hour Rating means how much hot water the hot water heater can deliver in an hour of use, assuming you are starting with a fully heated tank. A 30 gallon water heater is sufficiently sized for a household of 2 people with regular demand.
