For added efficiency, the LG LW1224IVSM is a window air conditioner that includes a dual inverter. LG's inverter technology is used in conjunction with a variable speed compressor and adjusts the motor speed to regulate the room temperature and offers energy savings as well. Rather than shutting off and on repeatedly throughout its use, the LW1224IVSM compressor "revs up" and down to regulate the room temperature. LG DUAL Inverter window air conditioners provide exceptional cooling power that will keep you and your family cool, comfortable, and in control. It is also equipped with ThinQ app to completely control your comfort level no matter where you are as long as you are connected! If you are sitting in the same room, you can use simple voice commands via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa or use the included remote to control your unit.
 
This is a great unit that will efficiently cool a room up to about 550 sq. ft. It offers a 15.0 CEER rating. It has 4 way air direction to keep even the furthest corners cool, while not blowing directly on anyone in the room. The unit itself is white and will blend into any window installation. Additionally, the LG LW1224IVSM unit uses R32 refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP)! R32 refrigerant is more efficient than R410A which results in the lower GWP.
 
The unit is easy to operate with clearly visible LED display and easy to use touch pad for Power, Mode, Timer and Fan Speed. Additionally, it uses simple arrows for raising or lowering the temperature settings. The included full feature remote is also includes easy to use touch pads. The 12,000 BTU unit features 4 cooling speeds (including sleep) and 3 fan speeds.
