Superior LV43DS Draft Shield for VRL4543 Vent Free Linear Fireplaces

The LV43DS linear draft shield kit and a linear barrier kit (LVI43B) are required when converting the VRL4543ZE fireplace into a see through unit. The LV43DS draft shield kit allows you to limit the amount of draft that the fireplace pulls. This helps to keep your flames consistent and not affected by external drafts. The draft shield is a buffer that securely attaches to the bottom of the fireplace opening. The shield is glass, so your view of the fire is not obscured.
