A door switch makes using your air curtain easy and efficient. By adding a door switch, your air curtain can turn on and off automatically when your door opens and closes.
The aluminum magnetic industrial, surface mounted reed switch comes with a 24V control and adjustable time delay. The time delay will keep your unit running for a configurable period of time, ranging from as little as 1 second up to 17 minutes.
The J0040 is for use with 208 - 230 V 3 Phase and 460 V, 3 Phase unheated Air Curtains. A separate control panel is required to use this door switch.
It can also be used with STD2, Phantom and HV2 Heated Air Curtains. No separate control panel is required as heated air curtains include an installed control panel.
Total Home Supply suggests that a switch is purchased with all air curtains.
