- Your Major Appliance must be purchased from Total Home Supply
- New Leaf APP5U10K Warranty must be purchased at the time of your Appliance under $10,000.00 Purchase
- If your product does not include a manufacturer labor warranty, the actual service coverage with the New Leaf Labor Warranty begins on the 91st day after a completed and fully operational installation by a licensed contractor. Proof of the installation is required for coverage.
This warranty is for coverage of a single major appliance in use in a residential application.
