Empire Comfort Systems GWT-35 35000 BTU Gravity Vented Wall Furnace. Empire's economical gravity vented furnaces utilize state-of-the-art technology for the highest fuel efficiency. The patented burner design reduces NOx emissions by 50% for cleaner operation. This furnace either recesses into the wall or mounts flush using optional kits (GWTR-1 or GWTW-2 sold separately). Empire's gravity vented furnaces do not come with thermostats but several options are available and sold separately. Made in the USA.

A licensed gas technician is required for installation of this product. Please check your local regulations as some areas may require inspection after installation of gas products. It is highly recommended that you use your own gas technician or gas provider for any repairs. Empire Comfort System warranty covers parts only, no labor.

Note: This item is available in Liquid Propane (GWT-35-L) and Natural Gas (GWT-35-N).
