The Friedrich M30TYF 30,400 BTU 15.0 SEER Tri Zone Mini Split Air Conditioner with 1 x 11,800 and 2 x 9,300 BTU/h Zones with Heat Pump and Advanced Inverter Technology reaches the desired temperature faster, maintains it more accurately, and reduces energy costs.
Inverter technology varies the compressor and condenser and indoor fan speeds, eliminating constant compressor startups /shut-downs that traditional technology requires to maintain the set temperature. Inverter Technology allows each system to adjust capacity and cooling output to provide only the amount of cooling needed at a given time. For example an 18,000 BTU/h system will operate even more efficiently as a 15,500 if that is all that's needed.
The Friedrich M30TYF comes with a low ambient controller which allow the cooling mode to operate even when temperatures go down to 0ºF.
The Friedrich M30TYF tri zone mini split independently conditions each room using only a single outdoor unit. Achieve the ultimate in comfort and energy control by cooling and heating only the rooms that are in use.
This unit must be installed by a qualified licensed HVAC technician. Manufacturer covers parts only under warranty. Installer is responsible for labor warranty.
