This dryer works very well. Even a large load of towels come out dry the first time. i would recommend this dryer highly.

I have had this dryer for 2 months and am extremely disappointed in my purchase. Towels do not dry; permanent press either comes out damp or if you leave them in until they are dry, they are wrinkled; it took 140 minutes do dry a comforter and it still was damp. The company I bought the dryer from installed a new thermostat and it has not helped. Very very disappointing experience. Would never recommend this dryer.
