Description
 
Plate Setters add great versatility to your Kamado Joe Grill, because it allows you to cook, smoke or bake with indirect heat. Flames and direct heat are prevented from reaching your food, yet allow the heat to circulate in the grill.

The baking stone can be used in conjunction with the plate setter by placing it on the grilling grate for slow-cooking and baking.
Features
How to use the plate setter:
1. Remove the grilling grate and place the ceramic base plate on top of the fire ring.
2. Place the triangular metal extender in the three notches of the base plate.
3. Place the grilling grate on top of the extender.
