Viking DDOE305 Designer Series 30" Double Electric Self-Cleaning Oven with Thermal and TruConvec Convection Cooking (Both Ovens). Combine professional cooking power with unique design and style with the Designer Series Electric Oven. As well as a digital clock/timer and self-cleaning features, this oven also includes both conventional and convection cooking settings. TruConvec and conventional cooking is available in both ovens. Each self-cleaning oven is 4.3 cu. ft. overall/3.8 cu. ft. AHAM standard* size.

TruConvec™ Convection - TruConvec refers to the exclusive air circulation system employed by Viking convection ovens. It uses only a convection element in the rear of the oven and fan-forced air - there is no direct heat from the top or bottom of the oven.
Concealed Bake Element - Get more control and less mess with the 6-pass concealed bake element. This concealed bake element provides finer temperature control and makes oven clean up easy.
10-Pass Broiler with Heat Reflector - Go from toasting to searing with the variety of settings available on the electric broiler with heat reflector. 10 pass broiler with heat reflector with Hi, Med and Low settings provide intense searing heat for a variety of broiling applications.
Brushed Stainless Steel Knobs, Buttons and Handles

This item is available in a several finishes. Stainless Steel (DDOE305SS) is standard. Black (DDOE305BK) and White (DDOE305WH) are special order and will require 6 - 8 weeks before shipping. Please specify at time of order.
