Alfresco ALX2-30IR Stainless Steel 30" Gas Grill Head with Built-In Rotisserie and All Infrared Burners. In addition to the 542 square inches of grilling space and a four position adjustable warming rack, this grill also features all infrared burners. As a general rule, food will cook in less time with infrared burners they would with ordinary burners. Infrared burners (IR) can present a bit of a challenge at first. But practice makes perfect and you will be rewarded for your efforts as you will be producing juicier and more flavorful food than you have ever experienced!

As with the entire line of Alfresco grills, the ALX2-30IR is also constructed of 304 stainless steel, with nearly every seam welded and polished, as mechanical fasteners tend to loosen over time. Made with the same eye to detail and professionalism as the entire Alfresco line, this 30 inch grill has outstanding standard features. Features include infrared main burners, an integrated smoker with a dedicated burner, rotisserie and porcelain ceramic briquettes. The chain-driven rotisserie with hidden built-in motor features roller bearings that eliminate the need for a counterweight. The flush-mounted ceramic infrared burner produces direct, high heat that locks in flavors and juices leaving you with meals you would think were prepared by a professional chef!

If a freestanding grill is what you are looking for, look no further, Alfresco offers grill carts for their grills as well. You can select either a standard grill cart, which features 2 access doors, or a deluxe grill cart which features 2 drawers and a door. Both are available at time of purchase just by selecting the configuration option above.

Alfresco grills are available in liquid propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) (specify at time of order). The standard 30 inch grill head (ALX2-30) and a searzone model (ALX2-30SZ) are also available.

Porcelain Ceramic Briquettes: Have a special pyramid shape and cavity back to collect and evenly distribute heat. The slightly porous material traps juices, allowing them to vaporize and return to the food as flavorful smoke.
