Alfresco ALX2-30SZ Stainless Steel 30" Gas Grill Head with Built-In Rotisserie and SearZone. It features 542 square inches of grilling space plus a four position adjustable warming rack. In addition to the use of 304 stainless steel, nearly every seam is welded and polished, as mechanical fasteners tend to loosen over time. A unique dual-row, dual-port burner was designed, with an industry-leading 27,500 BTUs of power and made from an exclusive, high-heat stainless steel, which enables the burner to carry a lifetime warranty.

This grill features Alfresco's SearZone ceramic infrared searing system. The intense, highly directional heat of the Sear Zone™ burner quickly creates beautiful grill marks and is capable of completely cooking almost any food from vegetables to steaks. Or, sear the item for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to the standard burner side of your Alfresco grill to finish. When you first taste food prepared this way, you'll know why many top restaurants rely on infrared cooking for great flavor.

Made with the same eye to detail and professionalism as the entire Alfresco line, this 30 inch grill has outstanding standard features. Features include two high-temp stainless steel main burners, an integrated smoker with a dedicated burner, rotisserie and porcelain ceramic briquettes. The chain-driven rotisserie with hidden built-in motor features roller bearings that eliminate the need for a counterweight. The flush-mounted ceramic infrared burner produces direct, high heat that locks in flavors and juices leaving you with meals you would think were prepared by a professional chef!

If a freestanding grill is what you are looking for, look no further, Alfresco offers grill carts for their grills as well. You can select either a standard grill cart, which features 2 access doors, or a deluxe grill cart which features 2 drawers and a door. Both are available at time of purchase just by selecting the configuration option above.

Alfresco grills are available in liquid propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) (specify at time of order). The standard 30 inch grill head (ALX2-30) and an all infrared model (ALX2-30IR) are also available.

Porcelain Ceramic Briquettes: Have a special pyramid shape and cavity back to collect and evenly distribute heat. The slightly porous material traps juices, allowing them to vaporize and return to the food as flavorful smoke.

SearZone Ceramic Infrared Searing System: The 27,5000 BTU ceramic burner preheats to over 1,400 degrees in about 4 minutes and flash-carmelizes food locking in juices and flavor, while the unique U-grate catches food dripping, instantly vaporizing them to create flavor-enhancing smoke.
